She's probably in pain and bothered by the cone of shame.

Get some more pain meds, and maybe take off the cone during meal times, and supervise her well to make sure she's not going after her wound. enticing her with chicken, etc. mixed in with her regular food isn't an issue right now. Do what you have to do to get food in.

Most importantly, make sure at least she's drinking.

Our dog would shake with fear whenever we put the cone on, so we bought a cloth-covered inflatable doughnut collar like the one below

She didn't mind it at all and even seemed to appreciate having wearable pillow to lie on. She was able to relax once the cone was gone.

Are you giving her any pain meds? Tramadol made one of my dogs really woozy and put him off his food completely and it's a go to pain med after surgery. It was only after the fact when we freaked out that he wasn't eating or drinking that my vet mentioned some dogs react poorly to it (most are fine with it).

Our 7 month old pup was just spayed Tuesday. First night she got the cone off and we had to take her to urgent care because she opened the wound. They stapled it up and gave us a more comfortable cone. She won't eat her kibble (will eat chicken breast out of my hand), and has just been lying in a chair all day. We have been taking her on short walks and she peps right up. She seems to hate the cone, but I'm worried about her not eating. She's not a big eater on a usual day, though. We have to mix her food with warm chicken broth and she usually eventually gets to it - sometimes not until the end of the day. I made an appointment with the vet for tomorrow morning but don't want to waste money if this is just normal. Wound looks fine to me.
