I don't know how he knows the term IQ score but I do remember him last year saying that so and so in class was saying she had a 141 IQ score. He just asked at dinner last night and it just surprised me. He asked if I know his IQ score. I said yes. He asked if I can tell him. I said no.

I think it is pretty clear that the OP is asking whether your child knows the score AFTER he/she was tested. I doubt she is asking if your child essentially is guessing his/her IQ score.

I have 3 kids and don't know any of their IQs. They're all doing great in school. I'm fine with that. Who needs a number?

OP- you may want to ask the age of the child as I imagine the answer may be different. We did not tell DD (9) and have no plans on telling her.

My high schooler does as she read the report we submitted to the College Board for testing accommodations.

My kid wouldn't have any idea what the words, "IQ score," "IQ testing," etc. would even mean, so no, of course not. My kid was just told, "You'll get to do some puzzles with this lady." On the way he asked if I thought it would be a 500 or 1000 piece puzzle.

No way. Any parent who tells their child is stupid.
