I don't even know where to start. You think a condom would actually stay up there even during you pregnancy and through labor. You were using condoms WHILE pregnant? My girlfriend and I lost a condom in her vagina after sex. I swear I looked hard (felt around) and couldn't find it. It came out 2 days later. So it can happen. But not 7 months and certainly not after birth.

It could come up from the toilet, hypothetically.

Things don't get lost up there and if they did, it would start to smell. And...you gave birth recently. If you had a vaginal birth, there's no way anything was left inside after pushing a baby out. No, just no.
