When it doesn't work out in MCPS. The court case is going to be incredibly litigious.

MCPS just has a facade of special education providing the standard accommodations.

Right now it's 10 hours (combination of specialized instruction for the dysgraphia and speech and counselor for the ASD), but I bet our school would be willing to increase. But if we moved, MoCo could and would re-write the IEP.

Is there information about the Asperger's program and the 2e program on line?

DC is in 4th grade with IEP in DCPS. He is 2E: high IQ, but dysgraphia and HFA. DC has no good public options for us in middle school. Would you consider moving to Montgomery County?
