Subject: Kids bringing footballs to elementary school
My kid fell and hit his head on a tree stump at recess at Mann. Maybe they should ban tree stumps, or recess? Maybe because football equals concussion equals overreact!!! What if a soccer ball hit your kid? Would that be ok? Or is it just footballs you would like to ban?

My second grader cut herself with a scissors at school (true story. She he is kind of clumsy...in an endearing way)...therefore, scissors should not be allowed in schools.
When she was in third grade, she fell off the playground and broke her arm...therefore, playgrounds should not be allowed in schools.
Do you realize how ridiculous this sounds?

Our school banned football at recess- there were injuries both to those playing, and kids hit by stray balls and players

The kids were tossing a regular football around near where kids were playing. Luckily doctor thinks she is fine.
