Target. Cute stuff, circo brand shirts and shorts are usually in the $5-$8 range. There's a coupon code this week for $5 off 35 or $15 off $75.

Old Navy at some point runs a sale where T-shirts and shorts (the longer nylon running short type things, not nice khakis) are $5 each. I watch for it each year and stock up on clothes that can be destroyed at summer camp.

I've checked Old Navy and Gap and nothing is inspiring. Plus shorts are all +/- $20 (with or without a coupon code).
Gap Factory is more expensive (no coupon codes).
Crewcuts is cuter but more $$.
Crewcuts outlet is also $$.

Anything I'm missing? I don't want to spend $20 per pair of shorts (and many are actually much more than this).
