How do you know she is not getting her hours? She can qualify for them in a variety of ways including paraeducator, inclusion class, even gen ed teacher. Therefore, I would first talk to the case manager and ask how the hours are being met.

You need to document document document. Which school district? What is in the IEP that is being violated?

My daughter has IEP for dyslexia. The school is not giving her the hours which were stated in the IEP document. What are my recourse actions (if any)?
