Not a lot of growth in Arlington, VA besides the expensive location you won't see businesses falling over themselves to grab a spot due to the rising rents. A lot of my favorite places that have been there decades closed due to gentrification.

Because there are more people who want nice normal houses like this that there are houses available, so the prices go up correspondingly because someone else will pay that much for it.
