I have done this to my kids. DS has habit of walking up and looking over shoulder and reading/commenting on whatever I happen to be googling. and ONe time I lost it and yelled stop it. He finally got the point it is rude. Being polite just didn't work. BUt since it is DS I don't care if he is pouting.

sounds like he likely snatched your phone and read your previous texts while in the bathroom.

my husband did this and got in a huff when a friend in Florida asked how we were, I said we had houseguests (his parents), she asked how long, I said 3 weeks, and she said OMG that's really long. and he accused me of talking bad about his parents! juvenile.

I haven't bothered changing my password, if he keeps doing it he's the nutjob.

My parents are in their 70s and married for 53 and for all 53 of those years my mom has been snapping at my dad for reading over her shoulder. In fact it's just about the only time she loses her cool with him. He still does it though. Omg dad, get a clue!!!
