I'm a current Potomac Ls parent, and I've met more than one lower school family who got in off the waitlist. I don't know anything about older grades, though. Good luck!

4th is a very tough entry year. If you're unhappy in public, I suggest Norwood or Langley until 8th and then reapply to Potomac at 9th.

OP here. Our son is waitlisted for 4th grade. Don't think there's much chance of admission. This was his first choice.
