That's how science works. Using a medication without research to prove it is safe and effective for your condition is gambling with your child's health. It could make the condition worse or cause unexpected side effects. As PP says, other medications are well studied and known to be effective, so it only make sense to try cannabis if conventional medicine isn't working and you have a doctor who knows how to use it.
