The people with ADHD that I know, adult or adolescent, who smoke don’t seem to do better on weed. I know people with other medical conditions who seem to have some relief.

What about for anxiety?

That's how science works. Using a medication without research to prove it is safe and effective for your condition is gambling with your child's health. It could make the condition worse or cause unexpected side effects. As PP says, other medications are well studied and known to be effective, so it only make sense to try cannabis if conventional medicine isn't working and you have a doctor who knows how to use it.

I work in the cannabis industry and have not heard of this bring reputable. If people are doing it, it’s not under the care of a good doctor.

I honestly feel like cocaine would be a better fix for ADHD than weed.

Do you mean medical marijuana or just traditional cannabis? Medical is safe, need special recommendations from doctor and limited dose of usage of course. If properly consumed, it can ease some symptoms, relieve pains and certain attacks.

I feel bad her parent is dumb

I told my 15 year old DD that she is very silly and she shouldn't be thinking about smoking at her age. But once she turn 21 she might be able to do it. How will you fell about giving Cannabis to a kid who has ADD? Cannabis is a pill so it doesn't have the high effect weed has but how will you fell with giving a kid Cannabis. She is talking Vyvanse right now and she doing good in school but has headaches everyday
