30 minutes to an hour and can last up to 24 hours. My main symptom is bloating.

For me it's 15-30 minutes and the effects can last from 12 - 24 hours depending on what I ate.

How long after you eat one of your trigger foods do you experience symptoms (bloating, gas, diarrhea, constipation)? Is it pretty much immediately, in a few hours, the next day ...? How long does it last?
