I was told I had it a few years ago (around age 40) but was no instructed to change anything lifestyle-wise, and I don't think it affects how I feel (namely, generally quite good).

My dad has it and is almost 70 now. He's never had any real issues as a result.

Op here. Thanks for the info. I am just worried if I need to follow a specific diet, eliminate alcohol or Tylenol, etc. sounds like probably not? Such a weird thing.

I was told I had it years ago. Doesn't do anything, and as I age my bilirubin numbers have gone back into the normal range.

My son has it. No symptoms; it just shows up on bloodwork sometimes. My understanding is that he could be a bit more prone to jaundice under certain conditions, but other than that it's just a factoid.

Was just diagnosed with Gilberts Syndrome today, and I am wondering if there are others who have this odd genetic liver
Condition. Do you have any symptoms? What do you to do feel better?
