I want a senior person like Jamie to lead and manage the case, but it is so hard

We worked with Jamie Bassos at continuum and had a wonderful experience.
They set us up with some very talented therapists. Admittedly we had one that was not a good fit, but they were extremely responsive to concerns and were quick to replace the therapist.
