I am a former private school teach who taught I could easily transfer to admissions.
No such luck. Private schools really want a marketing background instead of a teaching one.

I know someone who does. I think she's crazy busy at this time of year and then basically part time the rest of the year.

Do you have many evening/weekend commitments? I'm thinking of transitioning from classroom teaching to an admissions role. Trying to get a feel for what changes I will be faced with.
