Louisiana native here and I second Bayou Bakery! Tastes like authentic King Cake to me (and I think the owner is from New Orleans). You can also order online from bakeries in Louisiana that will ship them to you but you may want something more immediate.

Whole Foods will start having tons of them. I love theirs. You just go to the store and at some point they are stacked up in the bakery.
They have different flavor a - cinnamon, raspberry cheesecake, that kind of thing
