No, not yet. I'm hoping to avoid having to go in for a demonstration, but we will if we have to.

We have one (and we love it, for anyone considering it), but we don't know how to unhook the pieces so we can move it. The delivery guys made reference to a hook type piece on the bottom that let's you disconnect the pieces but I don't know exactly where it is or how to work it. We need to move the sofa around for a new rug and I hate to have to ask someone else to help if we can do it ourselves. Also, is it hard to reconnect it?
