Snack: I don't always do an afternoon snack but she asked for a granola bar.

Dinner: Dumpling and veggie soup (ate a ton of it), rice, broccoli and chicken.

Tiny scoop of ice cream for dessert.

She eats a lot and is still a skinny minnie like me.

Cheerios, diced canned pears, daycare lunch (chicken and something else, not sure how much), more Cheerios, more canned fruit, half a slice of provolone, deli turkey bits, yogurt, graham cracker.

This was actually a really good day for him. Usually he's all carbs and will have crackers, toast, and a side of noodle.

15 month old DD. Horrible appetite always. Today was no different. She had: about 10 baby spoonfuls of Fage whole yogurt with local honey (and rejected most of the steel cut oats with blueberries that I made her) for breakfast; small biscotti that she stole from DH and 8 oz of milk for a snack; 3 large ravioli with spinach and ricotta cheese for lunch; a few bite sized pieces of mozzarella cheese and 2 oz of milk for a snack; her fist-sized full of minced beef and spinach and cheese ravioli (she's really big into ravioli these days) for dinner; 8 oz of milk as a snack before bed.

Not really because grocery stores were ravaged. She had um... I don't even remember for breakfast. A couple clementines. Lunch was apples and some Mac and cheese at Fuddruckers because their lot was plowed. Dinner was some pears, cheese, and chicken nuggets.

On a good day, breakfast would be eggs and cheese and fruit, lunch would be maybe some meatballs and broccoli or a bean quesadilla and dinner would be whatever we had- roasted veggies, protein, starch.

My 6 yo ate even worse today. We won't talk about her

21 months old - a normal/good day for him:

Oatmeal + blueberries for breakfast
Macaroni and cheese + broccoli for lunch
Crackers for afternoon snack
Fish + potatoes + eggs + teff (Ethiopian grain) for dinner

Honestly, some days he's not that hungry. Today was more normal, and he had a big appetite. But it's very day by day in terms of how much he wants to eat - I try to follow that, and don't push anything too fiercely.

A thousand blueberries, a few bites of bread/hummus, sweet potatoes, 2 bites of chicken, applesauce, a squeeze fruit, a couple goldfish crackers-- actually a decent food day for her. Both of my kids are not big eaters and are underweight.
