Same here and I love her dearly but I didn't fully realize what an atomic bomb #3 would be to our finances, time, sanity etc

I desperately wanted a third. It did not work out and ultimately a year later, I am so happy with my 2. I didn't realize how exhausting they still are and that they need me and need to be connected to me.
I realize now that this needed to pass. It was hard shutting that door but it was the right decision. Your kids you already have will get that much more of you. I really never thought I'd be happy, but that longing passed.

It gets worse before it gets better...I gave a 5 year old, 3 year old and 11 month old. Baby is all over the place. Into older kids stuff. Or just wants me to hold him. Waiting for this to pass....

We've got three; its expensive and I can afford them but I noticed that the world is more accommodating to parties of 4; Cars, restaurants, boats, even living rooms.

I love my kids but honestly should've gotten the vasectomy sooner.

I had first kid at 38 and second the month I tuned 41, so you can definitely handle at 37. How are the rest of your finances? I would love to have another but husband thinks it would be too stressful financially. Have you read the thread about family with 3 trying to dig themselves out of debt? It is definitely making me glad we are not as strapped with 2. OTOH, if your family is responsible, I would go for it. GL!

And the house looks like a train hit most of the time. But, it can only get better and easier as the baby gets a little older and nurses less and sleeps more. How much do you have.saved for college? How much for daycare for 2 at a time for another 5 years if you WOH. Do you have a big enough noise? Do you like to travel which is much harder and more expensive with 3 than with two. Only you know what your lifestyle is like.

Your DH knows what is in store. Why don't you?

I am thinking of having a third, my hubs does not want another but will do what I want. I will have to stop maxing out my retirement, potentially will continue to have sleepless nights til I am over 40, going through breastfeeding all over again just SUCKS, buying another car while my current car is 3 months old (don't even want to think of the loss of a new car value, I had incurred), and childcare cost ( i can afford this if I stop maxing out my retirement and take away my personal spending money). I am 36 now, with 2 and a 4 year old boys, I would love another boy...or maybe girl but I am scared of how hard it all is!!!
