I am truly disgusted and sick to my stomach right now. They won't let me leave. I already asked.

OP I am working today until 6pm, then working tomorrow and Sunday from 6am til 6pm both days.
My employer is putting me up in a hotel so I dont have to drive but i still wont see my wife and 3yo for 3 days, all thanks to the blizzard.

WTF am i supposed to do? Just walk out? Bosses are leaving staff while they beat the storm and drive to their second home. If gov't is telling ALL employees to go home at 12, don't we think it's for good reason? I truly cannot fathom how inconsiderate employers are.

I'm stuck in a really bad place because I'm being told I am irresponsible for going in. What to do!?
