A Prince George’s spokeswoman said classes are not in session Friday because it is a previously scheduled grading and planning day for teachers, and schools and offices will close at noon.
So kids don't have to go and neither do staff/teachers BUT for those who WANT to run in and do some work or grab some things the offices and facilities are open until 12 noon.

Can someone please explain wtf pg county schools mean as far as today? Are schools open or closed? Also, I figured more people will look here with a quick response than the pg county school section. No one goes there
