Would this particular surgery start to "wear off" or become less effective after 5 years or so as I hear some plastic surgery can?

Lower half facelift by top-notch plastic surgeon. Not the "lifestyle" lifts.

My mom just got a facelift entirely because of her neck. Got her eyes done, too. Recovery has been rich but the neck is going to look fantastic!

Surgery is your only option. No lotion or potion will help you.

Has anyone used NeckPlex or Dermagist neck creams? I've been reading about them on-line and Dermagist seems to get good reviews.

Look at Skin Tyte laser treatment for tightening, or also Cool Sculpt for the neck - both are nonsurgical treatments. I am looking at both, but the reviews I've read for cool sculpt say that it hurts like hell. Losing weight is a good idea, but you have to do it very slowly to keep the skin from sagging more.

My aunt had a neck lift and she looks amazing. It made a huge difference for her.

I'm developing a neck wattle. I recall my great aunts had huge sagging wattles, which I did not find particularly attractive. And now it's payback time for my unkind thoughts.

How can I make it look better?

Is this what a face or neck lift is supposed to take care of? Does plastic surgery for a neck wattle have a particular name? How successful can it be? What are the pros and cons?

What about losing weight? I could stand to lose about 20 lbs. Would that make it better? I'm trying to lose the weight in any case.

I'm only in my mid-40s, and based on what happened to my great aunts, I expect that my neck waddle will continue to grow as time goes on. Given those prospects, if I were to go a plastic surgery route, should I wait as long as possible? Should I plan on multiple surgeries?

I suppose my other option is to embrace and love my wattle, as it's a connection to generations past and future.
