How about one of the Wesleyan schools? They need kids with ACTs over 27. Males too.

Possibly Hobart.

Why aren't you applying to SMU for undergrad rather than just law school? Seems like it fits a lot of your criteria.

Don't you have a college counselor at your school? I assume if you are at a single sex school (I am guessing Woodberry Forest) they have good college counseling that you are paying for. Get advice from them.

Completely disagree. The five college area is very, very liberal. And a 3.2 might not get you in to UMass.

That looks like a good list. Make sure you reach out to the admissions office... Visit, tour, overnight, interview and make sure your top choice knows they are your #1. A compelling story for your GPA would help (if you have one). If you're ok with Midwest we toured St Olaf and Luther and found both to be quite conservative. Liberty, Bob Jones or Oral Roberts may work for you too. No clue about them other than they are conservative

At this point, here's my college list
1. Hampden-Sydney College
2. Patrick Henry College
3. Hillsdale College
4. Trinity College CT( maybe)
5. New St. Andrews College
Is this a good list of colleges for me? Are there any safeties in New England that would fit what I'm looking for?( preppy/WASPy, small, homogeneous, strong academics) I had a 3.2 unweighted GPA and a 28 ACT.
