Friends,
Its going to be fairly busy when we are there. I am making reservations at X place on y day. Please let me know ASAP if you'd like to be added to the reservation.

I'm also making FP reservations for x,y,z on Saturday and a, b, c on Sunday. We'd love some friends to join us at those times!

Why don't you send out an email saying, we are planning on making reservations for meals because we know from past experience that it can be a long wait for walk-ins at some of the dining places, would anyone like to be included?

DH has a conference in Orlando and several of our friends are also attending the same conference. Since it is in Orlando, everyone is bringing the family. I'm a planner and like to book dining reservations and FP in advance. Most of these families have never been to Disney. I know they are going to want to meet up but we'll have no reservations.

Would you try to make dining plans in advance? Just wing it?
Have any tips?

I don't want the other families to think I am some crazy Disney person but it will be a March weekend and crowds are predicted to be high.

The last time we went, we met up with DH's friend who lives in Florida. He bought Disney tickets the day of. We had to wait over an hour to eat even though we had a dinner reservation since the group increased from 4 to 8.
