Subject: What are your experiences with prices of these improvement/fixes?
Heavy Up - $2000-3500 depending on house. (we did one 10 years ago for $2000 but they did a crappy job and just got it redone).
Vent in roof - a few hundred, maybe less but we did just one when we did the roof.
Facia - big range depending on how much and what materials you use.

We just did a heavy up to our panel - increased it to 200 amps - with a panel box that leaves plenty of space for future breakers for $2,100.

Replacing fascia cost us approx. $4K. Our house is primarily brick with wood trim.

If you're just swapping one panel for another or moving it a couple feet, $2000. If you're upgrading the power, adding more breakers, or whatever, $3000+.

2) Installing a new exterior bath vent (new hole through the roof, vent in bathroom already exists)
3) Replacing fascia
