Pool cutoff for NNAT is also 132, so you should get an in pool letter. You could email your school's AART to see if you're in the pool, too.

2nd grade - not in pool. Disappointed she didn't perform to her full potential.

4th grade, in pool, received scores and in pool letter. 2nd grade sibling not in pool also received scores only.

2nd grade, not in pool, received scores today. Also received scores for sibling in pool.

You don't need to appeal, you need to refer.
