Yes, this is true for me. Developed strong emotional connection and friendship (and much flirtation) with coworker via internet chat. Then one day (2 months after it began) we met up because he (sneakily) purchased a small but thoughtful gift for me. He greeted me with a passionate kiss. I never thought I would go down that road.. never thought I would ever kiss another man. For me, this was not planned nor something I was looking for...and is extremely difficult to end.

The guy wasn't really sahp, that part was temporary as he was going through a divorce and job change. He was hot. It was awesome. Best sex ever. Better than fiction.

These days people spend more time with coworkers than spouses, so you develop the emotional connection through personal experiences, and then go on a conference alone together, and boom... I think it is easier to sneak up on you through work connections versus actively seeking it out.

The SAHM that I know started sleeping with her personal trainer. She and her husband had a shitty relationship and he was always traveling (he was probably having an affair also).

Excusing the Ashley Madison types, how does the actual first physical touch begin?

Over and over I see it's often co-workers, but at what point do both parties feel comfortable enough to pull the trigger? Make a first move? Does it feel like dating all over again?

I am a 31 year old female, and have always worked around men of all ages...and can't quite see how one actually just "goes for it." Alcohol? Company party? Work events?
