Ask your doctor. Mine had a list of supplements to stop taking at certain points in the IVF process.

I would keep taking it until you find out you are pregnant and then stop thereafter. Good luck!

I am taking CoQ10 as part of my pre-natal supplement regimen. I am in the 2 week wait after an IUI--this will likely be our first and last shot as insurance doesn't cover anything and we simply don't havw the money to even do multiple IUI's at this point. I wondered if I should stop the CoQ10 - and then resume if I am not pregnant? We will still try to conceive naturally even though I know it's a long shot--we have largely unexplained infertility after having gotten pregnant very easily in the past. I'm almost out of CoQ10 and am wondering whether to order more or wait...if I am pregnant I should not keep taking it, correct? I have another week left before my blood test.
