I don't have any --though I often see ones I like. I have asthma though and regard anything hanging on the walls as a dust magnet. We limit ourselves to family photographs and a few paintings. A friend gave me an "&" after a really rough patch of ill health and depression. I wasn't suicidal though. I appreciated the gesture, but donated it to the lounge at the day treatment program I had attended.

My adult DD has several friends who are really into certain of these mottos. I agree that they (the young women) fit the "basic b" stereotype perfectly. But if they get a boost from those words and it helps them be happy and competent, I think that's great.

My mom just has religious sayings. Not just scripture, but quotes from popes, other clergy, lay leaders, etc.

People should feel free to decorate how they please.

You see them every where- stores, brochures, magazines, etc. I love them but is it too much after a while? I have three medium sized posters and a couple of tiny ones. My husband says enough already, anyone else into them? Which is your favorite saying? Is it a female thing? Any men into them?- Successories always had good business leadership mottos.

I do Pinterest too but it's not enough for me to just see them online. Is it an addiction thing?
