So & I don't swing, but we're kinky. I see 50 and older people buying the same sex toys that I did in my late 20s. I also had a Dom who was in his mid-50s when I was in my mid-30s. I was a bit old for him, but there were plenty of hot dominant women in their fifties. Many had male as well as female subs.

The first thing I learned is that kinky bodies come in all shapes and sizes, and some kinky people are not fully able-bodied. I don't mean any sort of specific disability fetish, but rather, you may meet a sub who had shoulder surgery and can't assume certain submissive positions anymore or a Dom who has bad knees. Increasingly, we meet people who have mild, well-controlled mental illness such as bipolar or depression or who acknowledge/seem to be in the spectrum.

I suspect that there are older people who swing either in mixed age groups or in older crowds. If you are kinky and not just a pretty vanilla wife-swapper, google a local "munch" and go if you are interested. People will know that you're a newbie and most are cautiously friendly. It helps if you join an online community first and learn a bit of the culture. Most kinky folks I know (even the exhibitionists) don't want lookyloo tourists ruining an otherwise pleasant afternoon with judgement.

Yes. They meet at Clyde's at Tower Oaks on Friday evenings.

Sidle up to pretty much anyone there and whisper the question, "are you here to swing?" You are sure to get an affirmative answer.

I'm not I'm the market for this, but it occurred to me that we boomers have taken over everything else so we are probably in this space too.
