Pull out GT programs aren't that great. It's one of the reasons we left a different district and came to MCPS. If anything, they need to add more magnet programs.
That is until your child doesn't get in a magnet because it isn't based on the smartest, it is based on filling holes of various cultures, races and sex.
And no, we need to stop bussing kids all over the district. There is already enough traffic and wasted emissions.
