Oh, OP. It's a crummy feeling. I'm sorry. I hope it's passed. YES, it could be all of the above. I had to drastically cut down my caffeine consumption a few years ago for just this reason. It seems to have helped. Getting enough rest and exercise also helps.

Perimenapause. Week before my period is awful! Try to get lots of sleep and eat healthy cut back on caffeine and sugar. It sucks! 45 yrs old

Probably caffeine plus you might be coming down with something. Look up a meditation on YouTube. Have some warm water with lemon. Then find something funny to watch on Netflix.

Right now I can't stop from tearing up, I feel nauseous and panicky and like the world is on shoulders. I also feel agitated and really sensitive to light and am headachey but I realized I had 3 cups of coffee and tea today.

I am 45 and my hormones are a mess and right now feel like I am dying
