I just saw movies at Target checkout for $5, including Coraline. I know actual physical DVDs are a pain these days but they can be fun when the internet is down...

Kohls has little throw blankets that are usually like 6 dollars a pop. Tons of patterns. I got them on sale for like $4 before. If you have a coupon- which Kohls always seems to have- you can snag a good deal.

Also- how about $5 iTunes gift cards. Can be used for music or apps. Not much, but its the thought that counts and kids love them.

Divide into age groups and get 3 or 4 gifts you can give to a few kids each. Try to stick to your $10 goal. Examples below.

Buy cheap gift bags. Throw in a few extras such as a candy , a small chocolate santa, a Pez dispenser, and Bonne Bell lip gloss or Hot Wheels Car (easy to find for about $1 each).

Following the links below you could do this for $150 easy (hope you're an Amazon Prime member!).

Yikes, time to pull the plug on gift exchanges. I think you got some good tips. My only addition would be candy/gum basket, DVD of a movie or show they like that's older and thus cheaper (or maybe a Christmas movie or even book.) Art supplies like new pencils or markers and a book, paperback book, small game like a travel game of some kind they can play in the car.

I have too many relatives and am now a single mom with a tight budget. I have twelve nieces and nephews who I have to shop for, ranging from 4-19. What would be easiest for a gift exchange and still within a reasonable budget? I'd love to keep it to ten dollars per kid. Thanks!
