also, i see that many of these providers are PHD neurospychologists. Would they also be capable of detecting and treating anxiety? I think this is in play as well.

Ditto on Dr Sanz. She did 2 of my kids and is about to do #3. You can make a request but it might mean a longer wait. Dr Sanz has a great personality and is very good about turning around reports quickly. She has always been willing to talk to me on the phone when a question/concern arose. She was even willing to go to bat for us by calling into an IEP meeting which made ALL the difference for my dysgraphic son.
