OP here. Not true at all. I'm mostly annoyed at my daughter. But I'm trying to be a "peaceful parent" and choose Option D. But really, a little piece of cardboard in the envelope would have solved the whole thing. Our elementary school did not offer the option to ship to home. My other child's preschool did, and her photos came FedEx with a nice strong piece of cardboard.

C - my first grader's pictures came by mail. Seems like a recipe for crumpled pictures to send them by backpack.

C. the picture company for not sliding a piece of cardboard in the envelope
