Lesson learned: don't mix FB and work. I made that mistake with a current co-worker. Politically we are actually on the same wavelength, but it's just a line that I now believe should not be crossed. It's weird reading her complain about work-related stuff on FB and then rave about how great it is in the office. And when she is getting on my nerves at work, I ignore her posts but then worry that she will notice I am not "liking" her posts.
I also have relatives who I thought were moderate but who, I have learned through FB, hold what I see as completely irrational political views, but that is a different matter altogether. FB is really a cluster.
