Does your two year old actually sit down? I ask because mine never did and never sat in the kid chair we bought.

We got pbk anywhere chairs in 2007 and 2010 and both are still in great shape.

The slipcovers are made of cheaper fabric, they no longer have large flaps to hold them in place (but rather, small strips of velcro), and they shrink like crazy. We washed our cover and hung it flat to try and it was nearly impossible to get back on to the chair (I even put it on slightly damp like recommended so it would stretch into place but it looks awful). They are total crap, don't waste your money.

**We saw some really cute kids' armchairs at Home Goods. They were NOT made of foam like the PBK chairs, they looked like mini upholstered living room chairs in cute fabrics. Definitely recommend those over the crappy foam chairs**

p.s. that Keet chair that a PP linked to is similar to the types of chairs I saw at Home Goods. That looks MUCH nicer than the foam PBK chair. I wish I'd seen those before, especially since they are half the price

We got the regular PBK anywhere chair when DD was 3 months and it lasted for years and years. (We replaced the slipcover once.) About a year ago, we got the larger PBK chair, and DD is sitting in it right now. At age 11. An adult guest sat in it - by choice! - earlier today. I always say that the PBK chair was the best kid-related purchase in our parenting careers.

We've been pretty happy with the (now-)Keet roundy chairs. DD is 2 and loves it. My 5 yo nephew just left town and sat very comfortably in it as well:
