No. Kids are always happy to go to a party, and if adults think it is tacky too bad. The party isn't for them.

We did basically the same party two years in a row at our house. Different food, but same set of activities. Nobody seemed to mind!

Not at all. One of our friends had their kid's party at the same place three years in a row because he loved it so much. It felt like a tradition.
