We had the absolute worst customer service from them. The entire process was horrible from ordering, measuring, wait time to installation. They were custom doors, and if they hadn't given us a significant deal while we waited for the fabrication, we would have canceled. The installation person arrived on Saturday at 7:00pm (we had an afternoon delivery window that ended at 5:00, but he kept calling to say he would be here in 30 minutes) and ended at 9:45. Nightmare, absolute nightmare.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a place to buy fireplace doors? I'm looking for a glass door with some sort of metal protection because my kids are still small and our hearth is flush with the wood floor. Any leads are greatly appreciated.
