1. Barry endorsed Gray -- not Bowser -- in the primary, which is only DC mayoral election that matters.
2. Bowser won the primary in Wards 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 -- not exactly Barry territory.
3. Name a single policy or set of policies that you believe make Bowser even remotely similar to Barry.
It's her approach to ethics. Sitting on an inquiry for favored political supporters who put a low income housing project into default. Creating a superPAC and shaking down PEPCO for contributions and a sham naming rights portion of the new soccer stadium in exchange for switching her position on the Excelon merger. Total pay to play. And if you haven't noticed, the quality of DC services is starting to slip.

No where near as smart. People forget that when Barry initially won, he was great. Started to get corrupt over the years. Bowser is corrupt right off the bat and dumb.
Some have pointed out that Barry had a master's in chemistry and at one point started work on a Ph.D., which would make him the first truly "Breaking Bad" mayor.
