Another great app that will end up with some desperate agent being assaulted. Just Google realtor assaulted or killed while showing homes. It happens every year by agents who meet random strangers at vacant homes.

OP here, apparently this was a bogus listing. The owner must be listing the house for rent to avoid the vacant property taxes.

Thanks 14:15 for the information. I did not see a place on the website to request a showing. The site seems geared toward agents.

I wonder if Curb Call works for rentals? I'm guessing it doesn't because the leads may not generate enough revenue to interest agents. But perhaps you can try and let us know? http://curbcallapp.com/

I contacted the listing agent for a rental house in DC. Unfortunately, he referred me to his assistant who canceled our confirmed appointment this morning and requested that I call him back to reschedule the appointment. Can someone suggest a agent to access the house.

BTW, I am looking for a rental at this time and not interested in a purchase. DC housing inventory is just to crappy at this time.
