This doesn't show her new hair but you can see her lips. It's not just filler - she definitely had her upper lip lifted too.
I really liked how she looked before.
The transformation I can't stand is Kylie's. She's so young, still coming into herself, it's just terrible.

They already look ridiculous now - all of them.
Kim looks like a freak show. I can never understand people like them. She was cute in her younger days pre surgery.
