Looks good and hardly minimalist. We dropped mashed potatoes several years ago when we stopped eating white flour and white potatoes. No one misses them.
I think your menu sounds great; I am going to copy it! Do you have a recipe for cooking bone in breast turkey? And do you have to order it ahead of time?

We will have 10 family members over this year. While I usually really enjoy hosting, I am just not feeling it this year. We are a low-key informal bunch, but do you think the below menu is not enough:
two big turkey bone-in turkey breasts (nobody eats the dark meat and I always have trouble getting it cooked)
enormous tray of apple and onion suffing
chipotle sweet potato mash
roasted brussel sprouts
green salad with cranberries and walnuts
gravy
cranberry sauce.
Will people revolt without the white mashed potatoes and green bean casserole?
