I have hashimotos and an anti inflammatory diet worked for me. It is really hard but I cut out gluten, dairy, and most sugar. I am not sure about the steroids, I have never heard of that.

I have an appointment with my endo tomorrow and I was thinking of asking her if she would consider prescribing a low dose steroid for hashimotos.

We are going into our 3rd cycle (FET ended in MC and Fresh cycle was a BFN) for our second child and I am basically just throwing the kitchen sink in at this point. I'm currently taking synthroid, prenatals and extra vitamin d, and baby aspirin (hetero MTHFR).

Would love to get opinions/thoughts/experiences.
