I blame the men when there's all out fighting between DIL and MIL. There's always a weak DH behind the scenes who's not refereeing or passing information well.

As a guy you may not be aware of the crazy female dynamics that are at play between the mother of the DH and the DW. There's a power struggle that often happens, generally in which the MIL still views herself as head of the family while DIL/DW has assumed that role.


Not sure why you are offended, however.
