If they are staying for 2 weeks, I'd imagine they would go through a lot of food. You could also let them know the closest supermarkets near you so they can do some food shopping while they are there.
OP here! They don't do grocery shopping. Plus even if they decide to go they ask DH for credit card
NP here! **************Then don't stock expensive food in your house during their visits. PROBLEM SOLVED!**********************

Whenever the come, our snacks get over quickly. They love to eat all expensive foods. When I return home, if I ask where the food it...there would be reason saying " We thot you wanted to finish it." They will also eat/drink my kids food, juices. Especially my fil loves is very picky about his food and will eat only the best of food.
I know I sound veryyyyyyyy selfish. Just wanted to check if I am the only one here who feels bothered or are there others too?
Please note that they visit our house almost 7-8 times a year and stay for over 2 weeks. If it was once in a while, I wouldn't care but things like this has started annoying him. I have stopped asking them to try new food but they just take it and eat on their own. Honest replies please, no bashing
What in the world? You are pissed because your in-laws eat the food that is in your house? Stop it.
