I kinda feel his pain, its one thing if the women ignore you. But many do tend to lead on and on which makes no sense. Just stop responding don't even show interest if you don't want to meet.

I think this is covered in the third paragraph of subchapter 12 on p. 147 of the online dating manual.

So you texted her at 7pm, when may have already been out with friends (or, yes, on another date). She didn't want to be rude to whomever she was with, so she decided to wait to respond until she got home. And then she got home at 11 or 12, and maybe she was really tired and decided to wait until the morning, or didn't want to risk waking you if she texted too late, or it just slipped her mind after so many hours. But then as soon as she got up the next morning, she texted you back to make plans. Very feasible scenario, none of which suggests she's not interested in you.

Women have a huge advantage in bars and online because lazy guys can connect with a lot of them. OP, do not do this.

OP, this is one data point among many data points. So while you are planning on meeting her, also stay online and plan to meet other women too. That way if things don't work out, you have other options.

PS-if you show up at the coffee date dripping of neediness like you do on this post, you are dead in the water...

I can see where OP is coming from. Women used delayed text time to show disinterest as well. Also if they don't ask questions back via text.

Chill. That is perfectly reasonable. Also, you don't need to pick a coffee shop more than a couple hours in advance.

You are weird and need some patience. Chill, my friend. The rules are:
(1) no d!ck pics
(2) put a shirt on while you're at it
(3) no expectations - it's been 12 hours since I texted (whiney voice)
(4) communicate meaningful messages. Don't say "nice pic" or "hit me back" or the most awful just that idiot wink emoji and expect a response
(5) don't communicate too often (see #3)
(6) it's a numbers game so have fun!

So I've been talking to this girl online and I asked her you. She said yes and we exchanged numbers and figured on meeting Sunday for coffee. I texted her last night around 7. She responded this morning over 12 hours later. I'm a bit new to online dating, but is she not interested? Over 12 hours to respond to a text is a bit odd to me. Especially if we still have to pick a place to meet tomorrow. I hear women play ALOT of games online so not sure if this is one of them?
