basicslly my cousin saw him out one night when he was supposed to be working late. I confronted him and he made up some crazy story.

It would be pretty terrible to continually accuse someone of wrongdoing and they didn't do anything wrong.
Many, many people come to the brink of cheating, but don't for whatever reason. Maybe that's what happened with your husband.

Red flags don't necessarily mean he cheated. Do you have any evidence that he actually followed through?

Why do you need him to come clean? Can't you just figure out what led to the supposed infidelity and both improve? He probably thinks admitting infidelity will end everything

I know dh has cheated in the past. I tried to give him the chance to come clean in counseling. He keeps lying and denying but acting like he wants to save our marriage. I think I realize I'm done giving him chances. I really truly did love him but this is just killing me. I feel dead inside.
