"Plan" and "Conspiracy" are not the same, OP.

It seems like any advantage those politicians received in opposing the store's location could have been quickly negated by the local Republican candidates also expressing their opposition and pledging to work for the store's relocation. Oh, wait, that's not going to happen, is it?

They can run for their next election in one of those towns that sent their open-carry clowns to scowl at the local citizens at the community meeting last month. Meanwhile, my neighbors and I will be voting for the candidates who were prepared to reject the NRA's agenda.

What about it was a lie? They wanted to open a gun store directly adjacent to a school. That's no lie, it's a fact. What's so corrupt about pointing that out?

There is something off about peddling guns/ammo from a storefront located adjacent to a elementary school, whether in McLean, Arlington, or any other community.
I've never been a single-issue voter. But, I will not vote for any NRA-endorsed candidate or any candidate who accepts contributions from the NRA.

Um, why wouldn't this be an issue? If I'm a local pol, the location of a gun store next to a school is a public policy and zoning issue. This is something constituents care about.

I am going to vote for Foust tomorrow solely because of the gun store.

Because gun access/control was never a political issue before this. Everyone was a-okay with gun shops and current gun laws/enforcement before these three Democrats got involved.

Via FOIA requests, the Washington Times proves and reports today that Foust, Favola, and Murphy conspired before the McLean gun store opened to use its opening as political theater to help them in tomorrow's election. But it backfired on them. Cross posted on VA public schools.
