You can get them at almost any place that serves dim sum (Chinese brunch). You're in luck, Since today is Sunday, you'll be able to find them. Where are you located?

They're super easy to make yourself. Just a can of biscuit dough, deep fried, then rolled in granulated sugar.

What a coincidence, I just ordered some food from Ho King Chinese food restaurant in Alexandria, and I noticed that they had doughnuts on the menu and I thought that was random...maybe these are the kind of doughnuts you are talking about!

Where can I get them? I had them at a Chinese buffet years ago and my stomach just remembered them. Or has anyone made them? They are just these perfect puffs of salty sugary goodness.
